Job Description
Primary Location:
Worland, Wyoming
Assists in the administration of various payroll, employee compensation and benefit plans such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and unemployment by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize company payroll software to process employee status and changes.

Provide vendors appropriate documentation for life, pension, and disability benefits claims.

Processes extended sick leave and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) approvals and rejections.

Maintains employee files and other record keeping.

Provide support to the payroll and HR functions including but not limited to processing payroll,

performing maintenance, issuing checks and direct deposits, preparing reports and reconciliations.

Design and use spreadsheets.

Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data.

Responsible for a biweekly and monthly billing or transfer duty assigned by supervisor.

Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
