Executive Administrative Assistant
TetherView is a fast-growing IT Service Company looking for a professional Executive Administrative Assistant to join its team. We are looking for a candidate who can get results through their exceptional administrative and organizational skills. You will thrive in this position if you are a natural “chaos tamer” (we like to say we control IT chaos) who has a solid work ethic and a track record of success.
We are looking for a seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. You’ll be directly responsible to:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendar and organizing travel arrangements
- Coordinate logistical support for meetings (sending out meeting agenda, taking notes, managing meeting recordings, follow-up tasks, etc.)
- Prepare and create documents (i.e. spreadsheets, presentations, marketing materials)
- Manage physical office, welcome guests, run errands as needed, order supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
- Assist in the creation, distribution and publication of online marketing content. Work with executive team to accomplish project goals.
- Assist with project management tasks, including monitoring project timelines, tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders
- Aid with event planning, including vendor management, logistics planning and coordinating with attendees
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
Your Professional Qualifications:
- There is a high degree of work in sales and marketing. Experience in these areas is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material with high degree of integrity.
- Work in fast-paced, high performance and quickly changing environment without compromising accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work with CEO who works 24/7 schedule
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems; ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- Experienced in computer technology that includes Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and social media marketing. HubSpot also preferred.
- Ability to use tact, initiative, and independent judgment within general policy, procedural and legal guidelines.

Your Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative support role, preferably supporting a fast paced C-Suite
- 1-3 years experience in marketing
