The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Desktop Support Technician.
The Associate Desktop Support Technician supports employees located in the Nashville Regional Office by troubleshooting and maintaining PCs, and peripheral equipment. Collaborates with senior support staff on design and implementation of approved projects. Contributes to research and analysis of technology based processes and systems for identified business objectives. Develops documentation of systems, processes and procedures. Works closely with team members to identify and implement resolutions to customer support incidents. Adheres to facility, department, corporate, personnel and standard policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities include:

Manages customer support issues to determine the nature of the problem and implement an appropriate solution or escalate as needed, following through to final resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Performs ongoing and routine system maintenance tasks supporting all hardware, peripherals, operating systems, applications and end user training. Also, support office equipment such as printers, copiers, audio/visual equipment, fax systems, basic telecom and basic networking. Coordinate with other IT teams or vendors as needed.

Supports set up of new employee systems, office moves and maintain inventory of computer systems.

Supports the IT needs of training classes and/or other visitors to the Nashville Regional Office.

Assists with adding and removing security access for personnel based at the Nashville Regional Office.
Qualifications:
Knowledge:

High school diploma plus professional certifications in A+, Network +, or MS required

Familiar with PC Hardware and Operating system function and support

Understanding of enterprise architecture
