Job Description
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the kitchen, and at least 1-3 years experience in a professional setting. You will be required to help the kitchen prep items for nightly service, as well a prep sauces, condiments, and cold food for the raw bar. You will be able to come up with cold seafood specials specific to the raw bar. You will be responsible for cleaning, shucking, and safe handling of all oysters and raw bar products. We are willing to train a person with limited experience, who has the passion and drive to excel in a professional kitchen. This position could lead to a line chef position for the right candidate.
You will have Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday off every week. The position will be Wednesday - Saturday 1-close

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
