-you think the textbook has the only answer for a patient - sometimes surgery isn't the right thing
-you think being top in your class makes you a good surgeon - it doesn’t
-you think simply showing up will keep your practice afloat - it takes certain steps and processes that EVERY surgeon must go through
-you think team members are below you
-you are rude to ANY hospital staff
-you cannot take advice, criticism, guidance or mentorship well
-you think everyone is a perfect candidate for x, y or z surgery (a one size fits all approach)
-you think DOs, MDs, orthopedists, neurosurgeons are inferior to you

I am always working to grow the practice through ancillary income, marketing, and other business ventures and verticals. We have an amazing clinical team with fantastic camaraderie. If you disrupt this you will not stay.
The practice was started from scratch and is now ready to bring on another surgeon. Systems and protocols are in place to keep it running smoothly. Great community reputation and presence.
You can be Orthopedic or Neurosurgery trained! Ideal applicant is comfortable with all areas of the spine. I currently perform ALIF, XLIF, OLIF, TLIF, percutaneous/MIS, ACDF, CDA, corpectomies, and more!
Opportunity for ancillary income: DME, ASC ownership, other business verticals, etc.
Call opportunities for more income - it is expected that you would take call to support the local community hospital with very low acuity.
Location:
Northern California in the greater Sacramento area. Great place to raise a family. I liken it to being the closest thing to a city with Midwest values in the state of California.

Pay: $400,000.00 - $1,400,000.00 per year
