Job Details for Warehouse Admin Clerk:

Schedule: Mon-Fri 2nd or 3rd shift available

Pay Rate: $19.25hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for Warehouse Admin Clerk:
-
Scheduling of all inbound deliveries & customer order pick ups
-
Communicate directly with all drivers arriving at the locations
-
Ensure inbound/outbound paperwork and BOL's are signed and filled accurately
-
Prepare all special labels, customer placards, etc. for orders & ensure warehouse staff apply to product as requested by customer

Input all outbound customer orders, ensuring accuracy & product availability
Job Requirements for Warehouse Admin Clerk:

High School Diploma or GED required
-
At least 1 year experience in warehouse logistics or coordinating

Experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent customer service, leadership, and computer skills
