Project Manager
O’Neil’s Glass is a growing commercial glazing company based in Fort Wayne, IN. We are a top glazing contractor that provides, fabricates, installs and services a wide array of glass and aluminum systems on projects of all sizes.
The Project Manager will successfully manage awarded projects. Successful management includes completing projects on-time and on-budget. Additionally, must work collaboratively with team members both inside and outside the company to track progress, handle submittals, complete orders, resolve project specific issues and manage closeout documents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project budgets
- Meet budgetary objectives
- Activity and resource planning
- Analyzing and managing project risk
- Material and equipment procurement
- Tracking project performance
- Managing reports and necessary documentation
Requirements for Success:
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Understanding of specifications, work scopes and construction procedures
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate, motivate and manage others
- Highly organized, analytical and strong problem-solving skills
- Strategic planning, setting schedules and tracking multiple tasks
- AutoCAD experience (5 years) preferred
- ComputerEase experience preferred
- 3+ years’ industry experience required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
