Job Title: RNSUP (Registered Nurse Supervisor)
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RNSUP to join our healthcare team. The RNSUP will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Address patient concerns and complaints
- Participate in the development of budgets and staffing plans
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
