Position Summary: The carpenter will construct, and repair structures and fixtures of wood in high-end residential homes, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Work Hours: 7:00 - 5:00 with some overtime and on call
Required Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Ability to pass a drug and background screen

5+ years relevant experience, in custom residential homes preferred

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Experienced in installing and repairing drywall and plaster
-
Knowledgeable on building codes and OSHA safety codes.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Knowledge of working power tools and saws

Able to read, understand and interpret construction plans, sketches, and details

Knowledge of the proper sequence of construction
