Primary Job Function: To assist in installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Pay Scale: $16-$20/hr DOE
Required Qualifications:

High school Diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Eager to invest time in training seminars and classes.

Willing to follow directions and complete jobs as needed

Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.

Demonstrate mechanical aptitude

Unloading/Stocking supplies and Equipment.
-
Unloading/Loading truck.
-
Be able to carry 100 pounds.

Possesses both written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrate willingness and commitment to developing customer service skills

Certificate of Completion from an HVAC Technical School or prior HVAC field experience

EPA certification (universal is preferred but type II is required)
