Cavity Sliders is the premier manufacturer of interior sliding door systems specified by architects and interior designers. With origins out of New Zealand 35 years ago and now seven years of business in the US, we've experienced 50% YOY growth since inception.
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, results-driven Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for a driven team member with a strong work ethic that undertakes their duties with strict attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from dealers and end-users regarding product availability, pricing, shipment tracking, and catalog request.
- Data entry of quote requests as well as order entry.
- Develop a positive relationship with internal and external customers
- Provide technical product support and troubleshooting for customers
- Consistently meet and exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform additional tasks or duties as requested by management
- Document all relevant information pro-actively in our Inventory Management and CRM systems
- Receive and directs inquiries to inside and outside sales staff.
Potential candidates must have the following:
- High school diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience, building materials, manufacturing, or construction industry preferred
- Demonstrated leadership/teambuilding experience and strong communication (written & oral) skills are required
- Good organizational skills
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum of 40WPM typing ability
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discount percentages.
- Inside Sales experience is a plus
