Job Description
- Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- 3-8 hour shifts on 3 weekdays +more if needed
- Pulling reports from various systems
- Data entry and tracking
- Manage calendars and travel details as assigned by ownership
- Expense entries for leadership and owners
- Assist in event planning
- Effectively communicates and liaises verbally and in writing with customers, vendors, and team members
- Answers calls and maintains a rapid response rate according to company standards
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and vendors
- Maintains consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and appearance
- Performs all duties as assigned, working collaboratively with team
- Order supplies for office and field
Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred
- A minimum 1 Year of experience in a Customer Service position
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills; advanced skills preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to use software applications including MS Word and Excel to perform Data Entry
- The ability to provide excellent customer service and handle telephone calls in a courteous manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have accurate data entry skills
- A minimum typing speed of 40-45 WPM
- Judgement and ability to prioritize to effectively manage work load
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work effectively independently
- Must have strong problem solving skills
- Requires a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Must have strong organizational skills
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Requires the ability to use computer, keyboard, and operate office equipment.
- Regular activities include frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting
- Requires close visual acuity for viewing a computer screen and reading, preparing and analyzing data
- Ability to speak, hear, and communicate clearly while handling telephone calls and customer requests
- Requires repetitive motions of the wrists, hands and fingers for typing at a standard keyboard
- The ability to lift 30 pounds on a semi-frequent basis.
