Springpoint Living at Manalapan is seeking a Part Time Dining Service Cook for Weekends. Competitive Rates! In this role, you will perform a variety of cooking duties.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all foods required by the menu following recipes and a having all items ready at proper time.
- Prepare and create meats for specials, special functions, theme meals and holidays. Organize work as to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Cook food in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served. Maintain work areas in an orderly and sanitary manner.
- Ability to convert recipes into proper amounts required for production. Proper use of production sheets.
Education/Experience: HS Diploma or Equivalent. ServSafe Certification preferred. 2 years, high volume, healthcare experience a plus, but not required.
