We're seasoned recruiters and enjoy recruiting for a well-regarded public accounting firm with low turnover yet due to stable, ongoing year-on-year growth is seeking to add audit and professionals:
NOTE: the firm has an excellent and diverse client base so there is no requirement to bring a book of business with you.
This 90+ y/o one-office firm has a stable, technically-strong 50+ person team plus a strong and growing client base / diversified book of business. Partners are genuinely open and flexible to reallocate the firm's book of business; i.e. work with you to tailor the win-win practice you are seeking:
by type(s) of Industry; or by Function such as 100% Audit; OR 100% Tax; OR Combination of Audit and Tax; OR Help lead and develop an Advisory Practice.
Team members (partners, managers, staff, ...) continue confidentially giving high ratings to the very low amount of travel required, plus the work schedule flexibility, plus the high quality of clients, plus the great work environment, plus exceptional CPE, ... Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
