We are seeking mental health therapists to work with students in the Twin Cities metro area. By working directly with students in schools, the our teams reach the most vulnerable clients. Providing therapy in a school setting reduces barriers to mental health services and reaches an increasingly diverse population of students!

Job Overview:
-
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the mental health services for clients
-
Conduct Diagnostic Assessments and develop related treatment plans
-
Provide ongoing therapy with students
-
Provide parent updates and support toward treatment plan goals
-
Maintain ongoing and timely documentation of services
Key expectations include developing effective therapeutic relationships with clients, providing individual therapy, conducting diagnostic assessments, and completing individualized treatment planning and interventions. An ideal candidate has cultural competency, will use evidence-based practices, and reflect the integrity of our strengths-based perspective. Our team experiences placement in a client-centered environment of learning and growth!
Job Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology required

Experience working with school-aged population

Able to complete timely notes in an Electronic Medical Record system

Must be licensed or on licensure track
