In this full- or part-time office position, you are the first point of contact for our customers, and you make an excellent impression as you represent our dealership. Whether conversing over the phone or through email, you communicate clearly with our customers, leaving a positive and lasting impression every time. You answer every inquiry they have thoroughly and schedule their test drives and service appointments promptly.
Organized and efficient, you accurately process vehicle orders, maintain paperwork, and update customer records. Service-oriented to your core, you regularly follow up with customers after sales are finished to ensure their complete satisfaction. A team player, you also provide support to our sales and service teams when needed.
