Hours
This position has no standard hourly duties or time assignments and is based upon a 40-hour workweek. Additional time may be required to complete all necessary tasks. Although office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, five days per week, employee will determine time(s) required to complete necessary tasks and has considerable freedom of choice to carry out supporting tasks for all clients.

The Role
Provide friendly on site and/or remote support for our clients using Sage Intacct accounting software. Investigate and resolve Sage Intacct user application questions and issues. Assist in the sales support cycle, training, planning, and consulting of new implementations and integrations.
Support of Sage Intacct and Sage 100 Software
Provide on-site and/or remote support to users of Sage Intacct and Sage 100 software applications. Research source of errors, resolve problems and recommend program changes. Answer client inquiries regarding specific software such as configurations, printing, and market partner integrations. Help in teaching procedures and answer all client requests for information. Correction of client technical problems including those that may impact data files on client systems.
Implementation of Sage Intacct Accounting Software
Manage new consulting projects of Sage Intacct and Sage 100 application and peripheral software remotely or at client site. Test for compatibility and proper function of applications including Sage authorized third party software products (Market place partner solutions[WG1] ). Plan, manage and execute software implementations and training. Migrate client data from other accounting systems. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and clients. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in written and verbal form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
Data Import / Export and Report Writer
Assist in the design or creation of on-going data imports and exports of data. Create custom reports using Intacct reporting tools, such as Financial Report Writer, Custom Reports, Interactive Custom Report Writer, and Excel.
Product Demonstration / Sales
Assist with product demonstrations to existing customers. Must be able to assess prospect’s business needs and show how software will work / solve issues. Always be on the lookout for prospective sales opportunities when working with clients.
Requirements
The ability to complete effective business process reviews. This includes the knowledge and understanding of internal business processes, general accounting knowledge and a familiarity with operations and distributions across multiple industries.
The ability to clearly assess, define and document customer needs.
The ability to effectively handle project management, including plan, track, follow-up, and follow-through on multi-step / multi-phase projects.
The ability to remain structured and organized, but with a level of comfort in training all levels of users on the product remotely, onsite, and one-on-one environment.
Language Skills
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of management, clients, and the public.
Training
You will be required to take Sage Intacct courses and pass a certification exam within the first three months of hire. In addition, you will be required to stay current on new releases and additional training in other SAAS programs.
