Responsibilities:
Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining and servicing all physical assets, mechanical systems, machinery, HVAC systems and exterior systems of the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement, assure and monitor Health, Safety, and Security Programs on the Oxford Etta Campus.
  • Accurately monitor entrance onto the campus during a scheduled shift to include logging detailed information about the vehicle, issuing badges, collecting badges and other duties assigned in compliance with OTC policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the OTC facility safety committee.
  • Assist in the coordination of disaster training in partnership with facility Quality Assurance (QA) manager.
  • Maintain, schedule, attend and perform safety trainings related to campus.
  • Ensure that all guest, staff, contractors and vendors are compliant with company policies and safety requirements.
  • Preform building or area safety inspections in conjunction with Maintenance staff and Treatment Advocates as needed.
  • Monitor on campus security cameras throughout shift to assist with management of patients, staff, employees, and vendors.
  • Conducts on campus rounding at assigned times.
  • Responds to any code orange to assist staff with response.
  • Conducts new staff orientation related to on campus security.
Qualifications:
Education/ Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Preferred prior experience in health, safety, Environment of Care (EOC), and/or other related professional experience. Priority will be given for military, police and security experience.
  • Understanding of federal,s tate, and city safety requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.
