SUMMARY
Works with a team in the Cabana service kitchen including kitchen and FOH staff. Takes orders directly from the member or via mobile ordering. Facilitates orders accurately and professionally through to the final service of food and beverage to the member or guest.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role does not have any managerial or lead responsibilities
SUCCESS CRITERIA
Consistently performs the job given them to a high degree over an extended period of time. Reliable and punctual. Able to openly and honestly communicate with Management and the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Takes orders at order window and accurately inputs them into POS
- Facilitates the plating and presentation of the dish(s) to the member(s) exactly as ordered
- Keeps the areas inside and out clean and pleasant to occupy
- Clears dishes and deposits at the “dish pit”
- Assists the team in washing dishes
- Cleans and maintains equipment according to designated procedures

- Ability to learn and manipulate the club’s POS system
- Naturally affable and confident
- Responsible, honest and communicative

- This role is typically seasonal and does not require experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This role operates in a food & beverage service area and requires working long hours standing and/or walking. The Cabana specifically can have long periods of inactivity.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
- Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Continuous repetitive motions.
- Work in hot, humid, and noisy environment.
Licenses and Special Permits
- Food safety certification.
- Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
