The Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven Program Manager to lead Yum!'s eCommerce platform. As a Program Manager at Yum!, you will be responsible for driving a large cross-functional initiative based on key outcomes set by the leadership team. The ideal candidate is someone who can create order from chaos, provide clarity on a problem, and drive alignment with our stakeholders and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and other functional stakeholders to align with key outcomes and anchor milestones.
- Develop and maintain an integrated program plan to account for both business and technical milestones.
- Identify and escalate cross-program dependencies and risks to other Program & Product Managers.
Delivery & Execution:
- Take ownership of the program's delivery.
- Drive action and collaboration across multiple teams to achieve target outcomes.
- Partner with Product Teams to gather top-level scope and requirements.
- Coordinate cross-team ceremonies.
- Capture, track, and provide status on top risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Identify key decision points for escalation and maintain decision logs.
- Proactively provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders and the Yum! Leadership Team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Technical Program or Project Management or equivalent product experience.
- Strong experience with Jira, Rally, or other sprint tracking systems.
- Ability to read system diagrams and technical documents.
- Experience leading strongly technical programs and software engineering organizations is highly valued.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; along with the ability to influence and problem solve at a senior level.
Preferred Requirements:
- 10+ years industry experience
Salary Range: $156,800to $215,380annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
