We are seeking out leaders to actively coordinate the activities and breaks of our teams, support them in fulfilling their roles by mentoring and training, and oversee that policies and performance standards are being met. Our leaders do that by being NEAR:

Those in this role will be involved in team briefings, meet and communicate with contract stakeholders, review day to day and week to week scheduling, confirm daily timesheets, and report out at the end of the shift. Our supervisors are expected to prioritize quality control of service provided at all times and frontline assistance. These are working leadership positions with a focus on on-sight supervision and active engagement in the work area.
Currently, we are hiring for the following areas of supervision:
Customer Service ($22/Hour): Coordinating lines and unique program entry points like Spot Saver or Global Entry and reporting data on checkpoint/international arrivals usage (wait times, etc.) You might lead or co-lead a team varying in size from 4 agents to up to 10 and coordinate with related contractor supervisors for other duties.
Full-Time, Early Mornings (Available to start as early as 3:45am)
Full-Time, Second Shift
Baggage Service ($22/Hour): Supporting and directing the activities of baggage handlers in international arrivals and also coordinating lines and reporting data on international arrivals usage (wait times, etc.) You might lead or co-lead a team varying in size from 4 agents to up to 10 and coordinate with related contractor supervisors for other duties.
Part-Time, Mornings (Available to start as early as 5:30am)
Part or Full-Time, Second Shift
Premium Lane Service ($21/Hour): Supporting and directing the activities of our premium lane attendants, scheduling, breaks, and overseeing that and other services provided at the airport.
