We are looking for a dynamic Online Storefront Manager to join our team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world class products and service to our customers. This role is responsible for working with clients to understand requirements and partnering with internal teams to translate those requirements into new online storefronts. The online Storefront Account Manager also provides clear communication to ensure deliverables are completed on time, has strong attention to detail, and provides a superior client experience.

Shifts available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (hybrid work environment between office and remote working locations)

A variety of these traits will help land you this job. If you have:

  • a Bachelors degree in Marketing or related degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 or more years in Account Management or Project Management preferred

On top of that you must:

  • be driven to constantly push beyond industry standards to assist in positioning Smartpress as the leading brand in online print and the creative professional market
  • have a creative mind, be a natural storyteller and have an interest in concepting
  • have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • have the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems independently, effectively and creatively
  • apply effective time management and self-management skills
  • understand and maintain the confidential nature of company, employee and customer information
  • complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by management

In this position you'll:

  • lead online Storefront implementations by coordinating and running meetings with clients and TBG on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • gain understanding of client needs and expectations for their online Storefront.
  • create project plans and timelines.
  • compile product, user and division lists.
  • offer professional opinions on site design, categorization, product additions, etc.
  • facilitate gathering print and image assets from the client.
  • proof all template and stored artwork products to ensure a smooth process prior to launching.
  • work with client on a promotional and implementation plan.
  • provide client with back and front end Storefront site training.
  • host a demo of their Storefront prior to the soft launch.
  • facilitate billing.
  • foster relationships with clients in a professional and friendly manner by conducting Storefront reviews and assist clients in day-to-day processes of their Storefront including but not limited to: how to place an order, how to track an order, where to add order notes, how to make changes to their orders and answering general customer service questions.
  • be responsible for ongoing Storefront site maintenance by informing clients when new products are made available and add to their site to increase profitability, managing product and Storefront site updates, populate stock products and create SKUs when applicable and manage inventory items.
  • keep internal teams updated on Storefront growth through weekly meetings reviewing new Storefront statuses, communicate with IT when new Storefront are launched and new products are created and will work with Customer Service Representatives on a daily basis to ensure clients needs are being met.
  • perform additional duties as required by management.
