Munch’s Supply is the leading wholesale distributor of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, parts and supplies servicing the Chicago, Northwest Indiana and Michigan markets at twelve branch locations. Through acquisition, we also Tommark branches in Michigan, O’Connor branches in Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa and Missouri, Comfort Air Distributing locations in Colorado C&L Supply HVAC and Plumbing locations in Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas, API/Delta T branches in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island and Marks Supply and TML Branches in the province of Ontario, Canada. C&L Supply HVAC and Plumbing is seeking the services of a Territory Manager at our Springfield, Missouri branch conveniently located at 1228 West Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, Missouri.
In this role you will:
- Provide excellent customer service through timely customer interaction, problem resolution or escalation with effective and efficient follow-up.
- Support valued business relationships in all dealings with related departments aiming to resolve customer and other issues in a timely manner. Approaches peers and customers with a spirit of positive problem resolution.
- Expertly facilitate problem resolution for assigned customers with issues related to customer service, accounts receivable, and product performance.
- Responsible for growth of new accounts and customer relationship development within the assigned territory.
- Responsible for sales penetration of assigned base customer accounts and customer relationship maintenance.
- Demonstrate proficiency and knowledge in all marketing programs, promotions, and support available from all vendors.

Preferred Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or the equivalent in relatable work experience.
- 5 or more years’ experience with HVAC, sales, and related functions.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent and some college coursework in Business or related field or the equivalent in relatable work experience.
- 4 years’ experience with HVAC, sales, and related functions.
- Satisfactory MVR report plus driver insurability.
- Possess a current valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
- Use computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems and meeting and virtual platform sharing relative to the needs of the job.
- Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute.
