Patient Support Representative

Recco Home Care Service, Inc., a NYS Licensed Home Care Agency and CDPAS Fiscal Intermediary, is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team of caring professionals at our busy Suffolk County branch located in East Quogue.
Client Support Representative will assist new clients with onboarding with the agency as well as assist existing clients with questions and concerns as they arise. Ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, well organized, have an eye for detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the home health care field helpful - but will train. Must have great customer service skills and enjoy working and helping people.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicate with potential new clients and educate and guide them on the CDPAS program requirements.
- Assist new clients and caregivers with intake and enrollment process
- Ensure all require paperwork is completed as required for services to start timely.
- Request prior approval authorizations for new clients and for ongoing services.
- Respond to client/caregiver grievances, questions, and program related needs.
- Monitor Client’s ability to maintain in the CDPAS program and ensure that Client and caregiver's are in compliance with CDPAP and DOH regulations and mandates.
- Maintain communication with Medicaid managed care plans and local Department of Social Services on any aspect relating to consumers’ services. Communicate all changes in patient services and conditions to case managers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis
- Answer all telephone calls in a professional, knowledgeable, and inviting manner.
- Monitoring EVV Dashboard to ensure calls made in and out are properly recorded on client's schedule.
Must be professional at all times in the office and on the phone. Must be able to multi-task, and have a great attitude & excellent customer service skills.
Great computer skills required, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Bi-lingual required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
