Position Summary:
The primary duty of the FOH Manager is to assist the General Manager and Chef in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager is directly accountable for the supervision, organization, and daily operation of the Front and Back-of House Teams and is responsible for ensuring our Guests experience the genuine hospitality we have been delivering for 15 years. Essential Functions
- Drive sales and Guest delight
- Champion and support Team Member development, which is the roadmap to our internal promotions.
- Manage performance of Team Members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline
- Perform effectively in both the FOH and BOH rotation as scheduled.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment
- A minimum of one (1) year of full-service restaurant/hospitality management experience required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide mentorship to hourly team members
Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager
- Interview, hire, train, schedule and develop front of the house (FOH) employees
- Participate in strategic guidance of beverage menus and marketing
- Guide the service team towards constant improvement
- Help our chefs ensure quality in every plate and ensure they are building menus that speak to our clientele
- Work the floor and the shift while balancing the needs of guests and employees
- Establish real connections with our clientele
- Inspire the team at daily meetings
- Direct employees in safety and health prevention measures.
- Take responsibility for the leadership of specific departments
- Perform all required administrative functions
Salary and Benefits
- Salary starting between $45,000 - $52,000 depending on applicant’s experience
- $1,000 sign-on bonus for immediate start
