Automation Analyst
We are searching for an experienced Automation Analyst.

Essential Functions
Assist TCU business units with automation technology and delivery solution needs including creation and management documentation of automation processes and procedures. Participates in scoping and evaluating technical solutions for Robotic Process Automation. Participates in back-and-forth documentation creation for training and operational support both within the RPA software, as well as, within the department for which the process is being automated in the event of an RPA error or failure.
Supports, optimizes, and maintains Robotic Process Automations (RPA) and delivery solutions that serve the Credit Union’s business functions. Serves as support consultant for business units. Work with IT groups and vendors to implement, maintain, support, and modify systems and processes. Coordinates major deliverables with internal business units, when applicable.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties
1. Responsible for performing accurate and timely completion of a variety of processes to ensure systems are performing efficiently.
2. Maintain and update formal documentation of procedures, processes, and systems using a concise and consistent approach.
3. Act as a subject matter expert for systems and processes by answering inquiries from staff and participating on cross-functional teams and projects.
4. Monitor systems and processes to ensure they meet or exceed established standards and service level agreements (SLAs) for availability, continuity, performance, and security.
5. Support systems and processes ensuring the timely and effective closure of support incidents and problems through the modification of automations, maintenance of system documentation, collaboration and escalation within the Information Technology department, and constant communication with effected parties up to and including afterhours support.
6. Assist with changes to systems and processes and procedures by working with internal and vendor resources through the change process, ensuring that changes meet stated expectations, documenting change activities and updating system documentation, and communicating service impact to effected parties.
7. Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Credit Union.
Specific Skills
- Experience in working on cross-functional teams
- Experience working on projects
- Experience in end user support
- Experience with Office 365 Power Platform, UiPath, AutoMate, and/or other RPA technology preferred
- Data entry skills, mathematical and logical aptitude and general interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are absolutely necessary.
- Unscheduled, weekend or holiday hours may be required.

- Responsible for completion of all work assigned within the predetermined deadlines.

Minimum Requirements
- 2-year college degree in a technology-related degree
- 2 or more years’ experience in an operations or analysis role in a financial services organization
