Dough Mixer Associate – Blue Ash
We are looking for dedicated energetic Dough Mixer to work in the donut production section of UDF's Blue Ash Bakery facility.. Dough Mixers Associates will be given on the job training on mixing and making all production dough for donuts, breads, as well as batters for cake donuts, pulling kettle boxes, etc. The production dough mixer/maker will perform the necessary activities related to the timely manufacture of finished bakery products.

Dough Mixer Associate Responsibilities include:
- Safe demonstrated behaviors in support of company safety procedures
- Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
- Work as a member of a team environment or group of people
- Communicate Effectively with all bakery plant associates, leads, supervisors and management.
- Conduct activities in a safe manner, follow Company safety guidelines and requirements and use personal protective equipment when required.
- Ability to operate all mixing equipment, Rademaker, proofers, etc.
- Track, record and log proper weights of donuts ran on the line. And ensure accurate counts of raw donuts products.

- Ability to stand / walk over the course of an 8 or 10 hour shift
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work a rotational schedule shift, work weekends, and most holidays
- Properly store, wrap, label, date and rotate products and materials as defined in our facility processes.
- Keep bakery area and floors clean, dry and free from debris
- Assist in the cleaning and deep cleaning of the production areas including equipment, coolers and freezers
- Perform other duties as assigned and assist other members of the bakery team where needed
- Job requires frequent twisting, bending and turning. Job will require pushing and emptying mixers of dough up to 30lbs per batch..
- Able to cut and block dough into 20 - 30lb chuncks and feed sheeter/conveyor.
- Associate must have good hand and eye co-ordination.
- Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Production and Quality guidelines
- Work around and with cleaning chemicals
Production Team Member Requirements:
- Shift Hours: 8 hour shift. Willing to Rotate 1 week Sun - Sat & 1 week Tues - Sat (subject to change with training and volume demands)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Previous experience in a Bakery (Preferred) but not required.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Read, write and communicate in English.
- Excellent math skills
- Must have dependable transportation to get to and from the job.
