MD Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
MD Home Health and MD Home Assist are highly trusted and respected full-service providers of home health services in the greater Phoenix area. We are looking for committed and patient-focused Occupational Therapists throughout the Greater Phoenix area to develop, recover or maintain the daily living and work skills of people with physical, mental, or developmental conditions.
*Requirements:*
· Degree from accredited school or program
· Current State licensure as a Therapist
· Minimum of one year of experience using your license in home health preferred.
· Must be physically and mentally able to perform the essential job functions: lifting and moving patients, pushing and pulling equipment in potentially awkward or strained positions.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable - Personal transportation
- Valid AZ driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration
- Documents that show identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card*
- CPR and First Aid Certification*
- Pass background check
- Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening (performed on 1st day of employment)
- Article 9 (DDD only)
- Physician's statement of fitness for duty
Experience:
- Home Health: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Occupational Therapy License (Required)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
