Our ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, takes initiative, works well under pressure and wants to be part of a team. We are looking for a Marketing Executive that would be responsible for developing and administering social media, website and print content that is designed to engage Realtors, Loan Officers, Builders, and Investors and create a conversation between potential and existing clients and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and analyze social media and website data to develop more effective campaigns. Further, this position will plan, facilitate, and manage client events and internal company events.
Responsibilities Overview
Work closely with the senior management and sales team to develop social media strategy and marketing/ sales campaigns across a variety of platforms that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
- External and internal marketing communications, as well as PR events.
- Plan and facilitate company monthly events and educational seminars for clients and quarterly events for company team members.
- Creates graphic design presentations and other graphics for the company’s services and insurance products.
- Develop monthly reports on social media results that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.
- Assist with the management of the company’s social media account including Facebook and Instagram and develop content to engage users.
- Assisting sales and operations team with social media training to increase business engagement, personal brand awareness, and increase sales.
- Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and develop audience insights.
- Offer reports to management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the social media calendar.
- Source and curate content.
- Develop copy that aligns with the brand voice.
- Test, iterate and optimize content and campaigns.
- Monitor news to provide timely and relevant posts.
- Plans, schedules, and implements graphic design projects for marketing collateral and packaging. Designs documentation components, covers, and pages. Creates graphics for company’s marketing materials.
- Responsible for applying established corporate branding specifications to ensure work meets corporate guidelines.
- Maintaining corporate website and analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting using Google Analytics and Google Adwords platform.

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Good graphic design skills
- Good knowledge of graphic design practices and procedures with the ability.
- Well organized and strong attention to detail.
- Able to consistently meet reasonable and agreed upon deadlines.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt writing style based on audience.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills; able to interpret color specifications.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills.

- Knowledge of Facebook’s and Instagram’s advertising platform is required.
- Experience with Social Media Monitoring platforms such as Hootsuite as well as SEO and Google Analytics.
- Proficient understanding and experience with Constant Contact, Canva, SharePoint, Adobe photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with WordPress and Website analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
- Experience managing social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram) and developing content thereon.
- Photography and Videography skills, editing a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to structure your own work.
- Project management skills.
- Flexibility to take on new projects as required.
- Able to work efficiently in teams and as an individual – able to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate with a team.
- Videography and Photography skills including editing a plus but, not required.
Typical Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design or related field with 5+ years of experience
- 3 years' experience in marketing management and graphic design
- 3 years' experience with WordPress
