How You’ll Shine
As a Marketing Agent, you’ll work in Hotels and Resorts and at popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attend events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations, part of the Travel and Leisure Family. In this sales-based role, you’ll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. You’ll also invite and incentive guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.
Though no two days are the same at Wyndham Destinations, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Serve as the first point of contact and community brand ambassador in the Wyndham Destinations experience
- Provide a positive, welcoming, and professional experience to vacationers
- Provide recommendations on various local events, restaurants, and attractions in the Myrtle Beach area
- Present, pre-qualify, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour of Wyndham Destinations Resorts
- Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
- All interactions are in-person and do not include telemarketing
What You’ll Bring
- A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors
- Sales or marketing experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
How You’ll Be Rewarded
- Base pay + weekly commissions + monthly bonuses (first year earnings $50,000 - $75,000+)
