Our growing finance company is looking for an energetic, friendly manager to join our company. The working atmosphere is un-stressful, friendly, and family-oriented. Most of our employees have been with us since we started the company in 2007. We are looking for someone who wants to get out of the grind of the banking world and enjoy a much more relaxed environment. We are extremely successful and much more profitable than any bank our size.
Duties vary day by day, but have some regularity to them as well. These include, but are not limited to:
1. Prepare Board of Directors Package Monthly
2. Maintain Corporate Calendar of Deadlines and filing dates
3. Coordinate marketing efforts of the Company
4. Prepare state license annual renewals
5. Prepare annual secretary of state filings.
6. Manage relationships with vendors.
7. Create monthly spreadsheets, liaison with vendors.
8. Create and calculate payoff letters.
9. Work with various departments to achieve goals.
10. Manage loan operations and collections team.
