Estrella Health and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Avondale is hiring more LPN/RN nurses to join our growing team. Are you interested in full time hours, working only 3 days a week with great culture? If so, come take a tour of our center.
Estrella Health and Rehab is looking for a AZ licensed, experienced RN or LPN, for our sub acute unit and our Long Term Care unit to *keep* us agency/registry free. We are currently hiring for our nighttime/NOC position. Come join our amazing team in a fun/fast paced environment. Shift differentials offered for night time positions. Positions below are Full-time but we have PRN positions available as well.
- Day Shift 7am-7pm with Rotating Weekend
- Night Shift 7pm-7am with Rotating Weekends
- 7pm - 11pm Med Passes with rotating weekends Part time
- LPN sign on bonus 2,500 - 6 / 9 / 12 months
- RN sign on bonus 4,000 - 6 / 9 / 12 months
