The Regional Wellness Services Director oversees the operation of the Wellness Departments within multiple communities, including: maintaining regulatory compliance, high standards in resident care services, including Growth & Wellness Plans; supervision of electronic medical record system and reporting; assist with recruiting and onboarding new community Wellness Directors; fill in when Wellness Director positions are vacated; and assist with team member engagement and retention. This individual maintains a professional, supportive, and positive working relationship with each community and works collaboratively with the Regional Director of Operations.
Experience
- 5+ years of direct experience overseeing multiple communities in senior living; specifically assisted living and memory care
- Ability to travel frequently and as needed to communities to conduct audits, training, and oversight
- Fill in as the community RN when a position becomes vacant
- Licensed and in good standing with the state of Oregon
- Background and experience auditing wellness systems and coaching teams to ensure compliance with wellness best practices
- Integrity in business, and the ability to inspire team members
- Maintains a technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and initiative-taking
- An admirable work ethic, a love of learning new things, and a desire to go above and beyond

- A dynamic influencer with a positive attitude that inspires others while role-modeling our values
- Working knowledge of computers & software including E-Mar, Excel, Word, and MS Office is required

- Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have valid driver license
- Must pass criminal background check and nursing licensure validation as required by state law
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elder population
